What to expect.
We’ll start by establishing your goals for the coaching process. Then, we’ll begin to explore your strengths, talents, preferences and emotional intelligence through a series of online assessments. A full debrief will follow, where we explore the findings and develop a pragmatic leadership development plan tailored to your individual goals and workplace context.
For executive coaching clients, we’ll undertake the additional step of inviting key stakeholders to provide leadership behaviour feedback via online questionnaire, culminating in a full 360 degree review of your performance and potential.
Over one or more focused coaching sessions, we’ll chart a course to realise your leadership aspirations.
